Company History

NGM is a specialist law firm focusing on tax. The firm was founded in 2011 by three former tax partners at top City law firms who have 75 years of combined expertise. We work both directly with clients and with other professional advisers.

KEITH GREGORY

Keith led the corporate tax practice of top City law firm CMS where he was a partner for 22 years. He has advised on all aspects of business and personal taxation. Keith is included in the Top 100: London Super Lawyers List.

SIMON MEREDITH

Simon worked in the City from 1988 to 2006 spending eight years at Slaughter and May and 10 years at CMS, where he was a tax partner. He specialises in all areas of business and personal taxation.
